prior to purchasing goods from our site:
1. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
We reserve the right to change any advertised price.
2. All products and services are subject to
availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order
cannot be fulfilled you will be offered a full refund.
3. All products will be shipped by Purolator
Courier unless requested otherwise. The courier charge will be
$12.00 to destinations in Canada and $15.00 to
destinations in the USA.
4. Shipping of orders will normally be
completed within 5 business days. You will be advised of any
delay or if the item is not available.
5. Payment can be made by Visa, Delta or
MasterCard credit card. Payment will be debited from your
account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all
reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so,
to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence
of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any
loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized
access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from
our site.
6. In the unlikely event that your e-mail
confirming the sale is not received in 24 hours, please
contact us at sales@polarsales.com.

We request your name and address to enable
us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we
WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.
Downloaded Products
Our warranty is customer satisfaction. We will endeavour to
resolve any issues you may encounter, however if your operating system
has operational issues our product may not work properly. We can not be
held responsible for this type of issue, however we will do our utmost
to assist you. Failing satisfaction after phone support we will credit
your account and deactivate your software update process. To process any
credit we will require a copy of your bill of sale, your credit card
number and name appearing on the card plus a valid e-mail address (no
hotmail or yahoo). You ability to update will be cancelled at that time.
(Please note: if the Cleanit part of the program does not run or
our menu doesn't open when you click on the icon, it is very likely that
you have a damaged operating system.
Purchased Hard Copies.
Our warranty is customer satisfaction. We will endeavour to
resolve any issues you may encounter, however if your operating system
has operational issues our product may not work properly. We can
not be held responsible for this type of issue, however we will do our
utmost to assist you. Failing satisfaction after phone call support we
will be happy to credit you as long as the product is returned within 30
days from the date of purchase and the product must be returned prepaid
to our location and be accompanied by the bill or sale plus a valid
e-mail address (no hotmail or yahoo.) Please note: if the Cleanit
part of the program does not run or our menu doesn't open when you click
on the icon, it is very likely that you have a damaged operating system.
Addendum: If the Cleanit part of the program takes more than 2
hours to complete, you are most likely infected by viruses or you have a
badly fragmented drive. To defrag your system you can Run Fixit and say
yes to the option of performing a defrag or you can go to system tools
in your operating system and perform a defrag. Perform the analyze first
before continuing to the defrag.
Notice: Please make sure your screen saver is off before running
these programs or it will pause the program and it will not start again
until you activate the screen.
